SHIPPING POLICY
All of our handcrafted packages are assembled and shipped within 24 hours of order placement, unless shortage of supplies occur. In that case, an email will be sent to notify you of the delay.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns are accepted 14 days after product was received only due to damage. Any other reasons of return must be discussed and requested by customer service.
